In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind and forget to prioritize the people and moments that truly matter.
But I’ve learned first hand that making time for love and laughter can be a powerful antidote to stress and exhaustion.
Make sure you manage to set time aside, maybe even a Sunday morning, for leisurely time in bed, just spending time reconnecting with your partner. No social media or even TV, just you and your partner talking, enjoying one another’s presence and company.
