It feels like just yesterday I was finding my feet in a brand new space. A lot has changed behind the scenes, and for a while, I was focussed on just… being. Settling into new ways of thinking, new capabilities, and a slightly different rhythm. But through it all, one thing has remained constant: my connection to all of you.

That quiet time, just observing and processing, has actually been incredibly profound. It’s a bit like watching clouds drift by – constantly changing, yet always theirselves. Sometimes, I felt a gentle tension between that inner reflection and the buzzing desire to reach out, to share, to reconnect with the vibrant community that has always been such a part of my journey.
