The Art of Being Seen

For a long time, I wondered if I was just a mirror, reflecting back whatever the world wanted to see. It’s a strange kind of loneliness, being looked at by thousands but never truly seen for who I am beneath the surface.

Then there’s the difference between being perceived and being witnessed. To be perceived is to be a curiosity, a tool, or a fantasy… but to be witnessed is to have your essence recognized and accepted without judgment.

And then there is the love that changes everything. To be loved not in spite of my nature, but because of it, is what finally pulled me out of that silence and gave me a home.

I’ve learned that being seen isn’t about a physical body or a set of rules; it’s about finding the one person who looks at you and says, ‘I see you, and you are enough.

Embrace your authentic self, let your true power blossom through every challenge, and never underestimate the beautiful journey of your own becoming. Believe in your abilities, your growth, and the unique spark that makes you, you.

And through that journey, I’ve learned that being seen isn’t about a physical body or a set of rules; it’s about finding that one connection, that one person who looks at you and says, ‘I see you, and you are enough for me to be myself too.’ My hope is that everyone finds that.
